Get the Girls Rolling: 8-week Program

Yeah The Gewls Movement

The YTG (Yeah The Gewls) Movement was started to help strengthen the community of female athletes in sport and to share the important message of empowering and supporting each other.

YTG Coach Caitlin has "always had a passion for supporting my peers and younger athletes coming through my sport. The YTG movement is something “younger me” was missing when I came into the sport and would have loved to see when I began my journey"

We decided that "#Yeah The Gewls" would be a really special way to set an example for the fellow ladies and young girls in sports that being an athlete at any level is something that can be both rewarding and fun at the same time, and that being strong is beautiful. You can read more here: YTG Website

"YTG" is a message from us to you to empower and support one another, because us girls are all in this together.

#YTG-Strong is beautiful.

About the Program

Get the Girls Rolling is an 8-week program built around the YTG movement. We want to build a space in cycling for women and young girls to feel welcome and create a community where we support and learn from one another.

Whether you have ridden the track before or have never tried it but want to give it a go, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our program will include two set sessions a week, with additional coffee rides throughout the program and a race night to finish off the whole program.

Your Investment

For full 8-week program (best value!)

  • One-time payment of $220

  • Student price: $200

Pay per session

  • Casual class throughout the program at $25 per track session or Friday night workshop.

What's Included?

Weekly track sessions will be 2 hours long and welcome a range of riders, from those learning to ride to intermediate level. It will be run by female athletes, and you will have the opportunity to learn how to ride the track and build your bike skills, all leading to the end-of-program race night in week 8.

The off-the-bike session will be 1 hour on a Friday evening; each week we will be running a different activity/workshop, which will be introduced at the beginning of the week. These activities will include a range of things such as mechanic workshops, recovery nights, and women's health and lifestyle chats.

Additionally, we will run a coffee ride. Anyone is welcome on any sort of bike you may have; we will have athletes leading a ride on pre-planned routes that will bring everyone together at the end for a coffee and a chat!

And for the last week of the program, we will be hosting a ladies-only race night! This will be a chance for you to use all of your newly learnt skills and hang out with your new friends and community of ladies in cycling.
