The Applied Sport Science Education Program offers a unique opportunity for secondary school students to experience ‘theory in action’ in a high performance environment at the Grassroots Trust Velodrome.
The University of Waikato Lab Testing Services
The University of Waikato’s laboratory is staffed by academic professionals specialising in environmental physiology, nutrition, biomechanics, strength and conditioning and biochemistry. The lab provides specialist testing services to both team sport and athletes such as cyclists, triathletes, rowers, kayakers and runners.
