Gallagher Bike Skills Park & Pump Track

The Gallagher Bike Skills Park, located on-site at the Grassroots Trust Velodrome, is a fantastic place for young riders to build confidence and have fun on their bikes. It’s the perfect spot for children to practise basic riding skills in a safe, purpose built environment.

With a pump track, wooden mountain bike features and a road skills park complete with signs and markings, riders can learn road rules, develop balance and enjoy exploring on two wheels. The park caters for a wide range of ages and abilities, from preschool riders just getting started through to young BMXers looking for a fun challenge.

When the riding’s done, roll over to The Bikery café inside the Velodrome for a well-earned fluffy or hot chocolate!
