This is a class specifically designed for participants aged from 50+. Our Gym instructor will take you through a range of exercises to increase strength, stability and improve fitness. Class sizes are limited. Please book your class on our Gymmaster App to guarantee your place in each class.

Spin

Spin classes at the Gym are situated in the centre of a world-class velodrome… it doesn’t get much better than this! Get fit riding stationary bikes in a fun, upbeat group class.

Senior Pilates
Thursday 8:30-9:30am and Men's Pilates 9:30-10:30am
Friday 8:30-9:30am
Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. By increasing muscle strength and tone, particularly through your core you will enhance spine stabilisation, muscular control of your back and limbs, as well as achieve balanced muscle strength on all sides of your body. Strength & H.I.I.T
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9-10am
Express HIIT - Tuesday and Wednesday 12:30-1pm
A 45-minute class using a variety of training principles designed to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. Specialising in form and technique within a supportive group atmosphere. The super supportive environment is designed to allow flexibility within the class, meaning beginners and experienced athletes can take part. These classes are a fantastic way to get a varied workout within 45 minutes and every workout is different!
The classes usually follow a structure of warm-up, strength or skill work and then a workout, look out for a surprise workout thrown into the mix. The strength component ranges from barbell lifting and technique, gymnastics movements or more traditional focus muscle groups. The workout at the end of the session is designed to be high intensity over a short time frame and are full of different movements and rep schemes.
